Location in the center of the city was a plus:)))

Had high standard and stocked superior double room with excellent bathroom and wake-up service was available in it.

It had quite bad views.

Very good breakfast with many options, and top-class staff. The superior queen room with a bar as well as a cleanly feel. Magnificent and unbeatable location - just close to Piccolo Theater.

Fairly quiet rooms and hypo-allergenic pillows. Unbeatable and super location perfect to explore the main touristy areas as well as the popular Brera district, in the nice area. Besides, excellent for visiting a grand opera house.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful gardens and cozy decor throughout Hotel Milano Castello, feel inviting. The staff were helpful, we had a comfortable and accessible stay that was perfect for seniors like me.

A kettle in the room would be nice.

Conveniently located just a short walk from iconic sites like the Duomo and Sforza Castle, perfect for exploring the city. The hotel features a good outdoor garden that's ideal for sipping cocktails after a day of sightseeing.

Rooms can feel a bit cramped, especially the Superior Single Room, where I found the temperature control underwhelming and had to switch off the heating completely for comfort. I noticed some inconsistency in housekeeping, as certain areas outside my room didn't seem as well-maintained, leading to a less than perfect overall experience.

Absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere and spacious rooms! The location is perfect for exploring, just a short walk to Duomo. Only downside was the weak wi-fi in certain areas. A fantastic experience 😊

great access to duomo and brera district for weekend strolls

I loved that it was just a short 10-minute walk to the fine Piazza del Duomo and equally close to the artsy Brera district filled with galleries and charming cafes, and the modern, stylish vibe of the room was just perfect for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring. Although it would have been nice to have an electric kettle in my room for that morning coffee, but they kindly provided one upon request.

The Superior Double Room was super spacious and bright, a nice surprise! The marble flooring added a touch of elegance. Loved the comfy air conditioning and the mini-bar stocked with soft drinks. On the downside, the soundproofing wasn't great. You could hear guests chatting in the hallway at night. But overall, the room was very clean and had enough space to relax after exploring Milan.

I loved the complimentary cocktails each evening, especially the Negroni mix. The common areas, especially the garden, provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were genuinely friendly. While the room was clean, the housekeeping could use a bit more attention. I noticed some areas weren't quite up to par, like the bathroom cleanliness. A kettle in the room would've been a nice touch for making tea. The breakfast spread was decent, but could've offered a few more options on busy days. Wi-Fi coverage was weak in my room too, a bit frustrating.
